How we work — plainly stated. Not a policy for lawyers. A line we draw for ourselves.
We come to work early and we put in 150%. The job gets done because someone sat down and did it, not because of a clever shortcut.
We don’t lift other people’s code into our repos. If we reach for someone’s library, we read the licence and we credit them. If we fork, we fork honestly.
Generated code is a tool, not an answer. Nothing a model produced enters a customer’s branch until one of our engineers has read it, understood it, and can defend every line. Shortcut once, pay forever.
Our deploy gate is simple: would we put this in front of our own customers and sleep at night?
Bad news travels early. If a timeline slips, you hear from us before you hear from your boss. If something we built breaks, we tell you before telemetry does.
This isn’t marketing. If we fail any of these, tell us — the email in the footer gets read.
